Operations Support Officer – School Science Lab

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Support Officer to join a vibrant school environment, supporting the daily functioning of the science laboratory and related facilities. The role is based on‑site in Singapore and offers a one‑year contract with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up science lab equipment and lessons for classroom use.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering of laboratory supplies.
• Maintain the school’s science garden and hydroponics system.
• Assist with the organisation of school events and general operations.
• Handle printing, photocopying and other basic administrative tasks.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by the school staff.

Required profile

• Minimum of three GCE ‘O’ Level passes.
• Preferably two years of relevant experience in a school or laboratory setting.
• Strong organisational skills and a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
