职位概况
负责在学前教育环境中教授华文，依据课程框架设计教学活动，促进幼儿学习兴趣和发展。
主要职责
- 计划并审查符合课程框架的教学方法、学习活动和日常护理实践。
- 引导孩子乐意学习，定制课堂管理策略。
- 使用适合儿童发展的学习材料，营造高质量学习环境。
- 审查并落实健康、安全和卫生实践标准。
- 观察记录儿童学习与发展，持续改进教学方法。
- 与同事、家长合作，关注儿童发展并提升学习兴趣。
任职要求
- 拥有 ECDA 认证的 L1/L2 学前教育文凭。
- 至少一年幼儿教育经验（优先）。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Office 365。
- 熟悉 NEL 框架和 SPARK 认证框架。
