OTC Trading Director – Institutional Crypto Trading

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced OTC Trading Director to lead and scale its over‑the‑counter trading business. You will own execution, client coverage, pricing strategy, and risk management across crypto, FX, and stablecoin markets in a fast‑moving, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of large block trades, liquidations and bespoke client orders across crypto, FX and stablecoins.
• Manage and grow relationships with institutional and high‑value OTC clients, tailoring pricing, spreads and liquidity access.
• Own the OTC trading P&L, inventory exposure and hedging performance; design and enforce risk limits.
• Oversee pricing models, spread configuration and real‑time quote generation; route liquidity through 30+ global venues.
• Partner with product and engineering to build pricing, risk and order‑management engines, settlement and reconciliation infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing OTC trading team; define business strategy and product roadmap.

Required profile

• 7‑12+ years of experience in OTC trading, FX, crypto markets, market making or sales trading.
• Proven track record executing large, complex OTC transactions.
• Strong understanding of FX and crypto liquidity, pricing mechanics, spreads and settlement flows.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory risk and hedging strategies in volatile markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships.
