About the role
Pubrio is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to lead its remote sales team. You will drive lead generation across offline retail, e‑commerce and technology sectors, using cold‑calling, email and LinkedIn outreach to build a high‑intent pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries.
- Lead LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with decision‑makers.
- Mentor junior sales representatives on prospecting, messaging and social selling.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Track performance metrics, conversion rates and pipeline health, reporting insights to management.
Required profile
- 4‑6+ years of outbound sales or telemarketing experience.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
