About the role

The Educator is the cornerstone of lululemon’s retail experience, delivering world‑class guest service and product knowledge. You will engage customers, share the benefits of our performance apparel, and help build a vibrant community in store.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to provide a seamless, personalized shopping experience.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining value and benefits.
• Process accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote and organize local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain product presentation, restock merchandise, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and uphold safety standards.
