Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead daily food service operations at our Singapore outlet, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. You will coordinate a team of kitchen assistants and crew, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, well‑presented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct team briefings before each service period.
• Implement and uphold Food Safety and Hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure food is prepared according to company quality, taste, and hygiene guidelines.
• Train and develop staff to deliver food to a high standard.
• Prepare the outlet for service, especially during peak times.
• Present food for service promptly and in the correct sequence.
• Handle customer returns, special requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Check and sign for deliveries; maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Participate in monthly physical stock‑takes of plates, bowls, and crockery.
• Control wastage and ensure proper grooming and attire of kitchen crew.
• Maintain cleanliness of furnishings, equipment, and outlet setup.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programmes.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
