Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of our yogurt outlet, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. You will oversee a team of kitchen and service staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct team briefings before each service period.
• Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure food is prepared according to company quality, taste, and hygiene guidelines.
• Train and develop staff to deliver food and service at a high standard.
• Prepare the outlet for service, especially during peak periods.
• Present food for service promptly and in the correct sequence.
• Handle customer returns, special requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Check and sign for all deliveries, maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Participate in monthly physical stock takes of plates, bowls, crockery, and other items.
• Control wastage and ensure proper handling of kitchen assistants and crew.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep of furnishings and equipment.
• Assist in developing and implementing training programs.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a food‑service outlet or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and control waste.
• Ability to work effectively during high‑volume periods.
• Good communication skills for handling guest requests and staff coordination.
• Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
