Parcel Delivery Driver

About the role

SINGIVOR PTE LTD is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Parcel Delivery Driver based in Singapore. You will be responsible for collecting parcels from designated locations and delivering them safely and on time to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring correct handling.
• Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Communicate courteously with customers and colleagues.
• Follow company procedures, local traffic regulations, and report any issues promptly.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Assist with basic warehouse or logistics tasks when required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication.
• Ability to handle basic sales‑related inquiries.
• Willingness to learn food & beverage handling processes if needed.
• Experience in training or peer mentoring is a plus.
• Valid Singapore driving licence with a clean record.
• Good knowledge of local roads and navigation tools (GPS or mapping apps).
• Physical ability to lift and carry parcels of varying sizes safely.
• Reliability, punctuality and strong time‑management skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for reading instructions and completing paperwork.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (if required for loading/unloading).
