Partnerships Director – Media & Advertising (APAC)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Partnerships Director to lead the expansion of its Services in the media and advertising sector across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role will leverage Mastercard’s anonymised spending data to create revenue‑generating partnerships with agencies, publishers, ad‑tech and mar‑tech firms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional partnership strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new media and advertising partners.
• Activate partner revenue through co‑selling and joint solutions.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle, including growth and retention.
• Influence product development and cross‑solution collaboration based on market insights.
• Monitor competitive positioning and ensure compliance with privacy‑centric data practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record establishing commercially successful partnerships in the media and advertising industry.
• Deep understanding of data flows, privacy regulations and best practices in the sector.
• Strong business development and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working with agencies, publishers, ad‑tech and mar‑tech players.
