About the role
We are looking for a reliable part‑time Clinic Assistant to join our medical team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations and supporting clinical staff.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients at the reception counter and handle enquiries over the phone.
- Dispense prescribed drugs and collect payments.
- Schedule appointments, including referrals to specialists or hospitals, and manage billing.
- Monitor stock levels of medicines and supplies, and place orders to maintain minimum inventory.
- Work flexible shifts: weekdays 6:30 pm–9:30 pm and Sunday mornings 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
Required profile
- Ability to work the specified part‑time shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records and payments.
- Basic understanding of medical inventory and pharmacy processes.
