Personal Trainer – In‑Person & Virtual Sessions

About the role

Athleaders, the top‑ranked personal training company in Singapore, is seeking enthusiastic Personal Trainers to deliver customized fitness programs to clients at their preferred locations or virtually. You will play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one or small‑group training sessions in‑person (condo gyms, homes, outdoors) and occasional virtual classes.
• Design individualized workout plans tailored to each client’s objectives and fitness level.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide clear, motivating instructions.
• Maintain client records and track progress toward goals.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong client‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High work ethic, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
• Passion for sports and fitness.

Required skills

• Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
