Precast Production Engineer

About the role

The Precast Production Engineer will oversee the manufacturing and delivery of precast concrete components, ensuring high workmanship standards and safe factory operations. The role involves close collaboration with design teams and main contractors to translate architectural and structural drawings into manufacturable components. This position plays a key part in maintaining production efficiency and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production and delivery of precast concrete components.
• Study architectural and structural drawings to create accurate shop drawings using relevant software.
• Efficiently run factory operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with main contractors to execute shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
• Maintain production schedules and monitor progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a precast plant.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM software such as Tekla or Revit.
• Ability to manage factory operations efficiently.
