Premier Wealth Adviser – High Net Worth & Affluent Clients

About the role

CO Wealth Advisory Group is seeking a Premier Wealth Adviser to serve high‑net‑worth and affluent individuals and corporations. You will leverage a proven Premier Wealth Services platform to attract higher‑value clients, deepen relationships, and build a scalable, recurring income stream.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice and services covering wealth protection, investment planning, corporate solutions, general insurance, risk management, mortgage optimisation, tax planning, retirement, wills, trusts, estate and legacy planning.
• Identify and acquire high‑value clients, increase sales conversions, and close larger, more profitable cases.
• Collaborate with mentors, senior advisers, and specialists on joint fieldwork to enhance client outcomes.

Required profile

• Holder of A‑Levels, a three‑year diploma, or a university degree.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, client engagement, relationship management, or account management is advantageous.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, meticulous, coachable, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive, engaging personality.
