As a Principal Recruiter you will join the Core Recruiting team to lead full-lifecycle hiring across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across the Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring depth and quality to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
• Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Responsible use of generative AI, maintaining human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
