Process Engineer – Precision Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our precision manufacturing team in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the end‑to‑end production flow, from raw material receipt to finished part shipment, ensuring technical and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the manufacturing process from raw material intake to final shipping.
• Create and update work instructions and develop new processes based on engineering drawings and standards.
• Design jigs and fixtures to support CNC operations.
• Develop advanced product quality planning, conduct training, and manage pre‑production trial projects.
• Assist production teams to meet technical and quality requirements.
• Manage technical changes to satisfy customer specifications.
• Support RFQ proposal preparation and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Master‑CAM programming is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with CNC milling and turning fabrication.
