Process Integration Engineer – NAND Flash

About the role

Micron is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to drive yield, quality and output improvements for its NAND Flash production line. The role sits within the Process Integration department and works closely with multi‑functional teams to ensure smooth fab operations and continuous innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyze process experiments to enhance fab yield, quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with Yield Engineering, Process Quality Assurance, equipment and production teams to investigate and resolve yield and quality issues.
• Communicate module‑related problems to fab engineering and leadership, and lead cross‑area engineering teams on process challenges.
• Partner with global fab sites, PI module owners and sister fabs to align processes and drive business improvements.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, logical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective communicator able to work across all organizational levels.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
