About the role
The role supports both project execution and sales activities by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth on‑site operations. It bridges technical engineering knowledge with client‑facing responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions and requests for quotes (RFQs).
- Attend kick‑off, troubleshooting, and clarification meetings with the Customer Service Section or clients.
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors on site and address on‑site problems, including troubleshooting.
- Provide technical knowledge on the operation of cooling‑water related equipment.
- Support project design updates using AutoCAD 2D.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Valid class driving licence.
Required skills
- AutoCAD 2D for drawing and design updates.
- Operation and troubleshooting of cooling‑water equipment.
