Procurement and Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Procurement and Logistics Specialist to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory control and logistics operations. The role ensures timely procurement of goods, efficient delivery processes and compliance with cost, quality and company policy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Issue purchase orders, monitor fulfillment and maintain supplier relationships.
• Conduct cost comparisons and support cost‑saving initiatives while ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers and warehouses.
• Monitor shipment schedules, resolve delivery issues and manage inventory levels.
• Prepare and review shipping, customs and delivery documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams for accurate stock movement and demand planning.
• Maintain procurement and logistics data in ERP systems and generate performance reports.
• Monitor supplier and logistics KPIs, support audits and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Background in IT hardware, electronics or related sectors.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
