Procurement Assistant – Marine & Offshore

About the role

The Procurement Assistant will support the marine and offshore business unit by handling product sourcing enquiries and assisting the sales team with accurate quotations. This entry‑level position is based in Singapore and offers exposure to both local and overseas supplier networks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process sourcing enquiries from the sales team.
• Source marine, offshore, electrical and engineering‑related products from local and overseas suppliers.
• Request, collect and evaluate supplier quotations to identify the best sourcing options.
• Compare pricing, specifications, quality, lead times and commercial terms to support quotation preparation.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of engineering products is a plus.
• Experience with electrical components, marine equipment or industrial products is advantageous.

• Familiarity with sourcing marine, offshore, electrical and engineering products.
