Product Manager, WorkBuddy Enterprise - Agent Platform

About the role

Tencent's Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is looking for a Product Manager for WorkBuddy Enterprise, which covers WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy and Managed Agents. The role owns the enterprise roadmap and customer success strategy, driving the platform's competitive position in the global enterprise AI market and covering the full lifecycle from architectural design to production-grade delivery for key enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, driving competitiveness and adoption in international markets in line with business and commercial targets.
• Lead the ecosystem and integration strategy for enterprise Skills, MCP and Connector frameworks, enabling interoperability across third-party, customer-built and ecosystem services.
• Establish reliability and evaluation infrastructure, including eval harnesses, agent safety guardrails, trajectory replay, production telemetry and automated regression testing.
• Partner with sales and solutions teams to build a key-account delivery system based on reusable templates and best practices from top enterprise customers.
• Manage product cost structures, resource planning and compliance readiness, including data residency, tenant isolation, audit logging and regional security and certification requirements.

Required profile

• At least six years of product management experience, including at least three years in AI platforms, cloud platforms, developer tools or enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of independently owning platform products for enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen across the full product lifecycle, with familiarity with ARR, gross margin, net revenue retention (NRR) and paid conversion metrics.
• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Practical use of AI and large language model products from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS and Microsoft, plus knowledge of agent orchestration engineering.
• Enterprise platform knowledge including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, data residency, tenant isolation and audit logging, and familiarity with domestic and international security compliance frameworks.
