Product Marketing Manager – Developer Programs (Google Cloud)

About the role

Google Cloud is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the growth of the Google Developer Program (GDP). You will shape the narrative, drive adoption of premium memberships, and work closely with engineers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership growth for GDP, including paid premium tier subscriptions.
• Define and execute strategic messaging and positioning for developer‑focused products.
• Manage end‑to‑end marketing execution across regional initiatives, events, campaigns, online assets, growth marketing, and field enablement.
• Synthesize complex product capabilities (e.g., Firebase, Gemini) for both familiar and new developer audiences.
• Collaborate with Google Cloud and other Google product and marketing teams as a trusted resource on GDP integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of marketing experience across growth, product, brand, or social marketing.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fluid environment with strong attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging developer technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with AI productivity tools to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of scaled programs for technical communities.
• Familiarity with Google developer platforms such as Firebase and Gemini.
