Production Engineer – Rifle Range (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our team at the Rifle Range site in Singapore on a contract basis. The role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring quality, and supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing line.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to execute projects.
• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities, monitor schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Handle product acceptance with customers and maintain production documentation.
• Train operators on processes, equipment usage and maintenance.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.

What we offer

• Contract length of 1 year, renewable/convertible.
• Monthly salary between SGD 3,500 and SGD 4,000 plus a completion bonus.
• Work hours: Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑5:15 pm, with occasional cover shift.
