Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, meeting delivery dates, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast and plan material requirements to support uninterrupted production.
• Schedule and coordinate production activities based on job orders.
• Monitor lead times and update inventory levels to align with sales orders.
• Ensure production schedules meet delivery commitments.
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating and manage related logistics.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and address quality issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experience in the aluminium manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to lead production and installation teams.
• Hands‑on experience with production machinery.
• Capability to read and interpret technical and installation drawings.
• Strong focus on product quality and continuous improvement.
