Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator will operate painting machines to spray paint plastic components, mix and adjust paint colours, and ensure finished parts are inspected and packed for automotive radio and temperature control panels. The role also includes maintaining a clean workstation and performing any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Operate painting machines to spray paint plastic products.
• Mix paint and adjust colour formulations as required.
• Inspect, check and pack plastic components for car radios and temperature control panels.
• Maintain housekeeping of workstations to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
• Carry out any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the direct supervisor or management.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long hours in a warm environment.
• Ability to tolerate paint odor (mask will be provided).
• Willingness to support overtime at 1.5× rate on Saturdays.
• Commitment to a 5‑day work week (8:00 am‑5:45 pm, Monday‑Friday).
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.

What we offer

• Salary range SGD 1800‑2000 per month, up to SGD 2000 with overtime claim.
• Overtime pay at 1.5× the regular rate for Saturday work.
