Non-Tech Project Manager – SEQ (Singapore)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Non‑Tech Project Manager for its SEQ program in Singapore. The role focuses on overseeing non‑technical projects that support manufacturing efficiency and product delivery, while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, outcomes, milestones and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Ensure projects meet product/process specifications, stay within budget, use resources efficiently and are completed on schedule.
• Document all phases of project development and share required information with other functional areas.
• Manage compliance with company policies on notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.

Required profile

• Provide direction and administer policies for On‑Site Technical Representatives (OSTR) staff.
• Analyze situations, recommend program improvements and prepare management reviews.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in problem‑solving within defined procedures.
• Communicate technical information effectively and gain cooperation from stakeholders.
• Uphold Applied Materials’ Global Standards of Business Conduct and ethical values.
