Production Operator

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Production Operator based in Singapore, Corporation Place, reporting to a Production Supervisor. The role covers a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly work, including wiring, component installation and hand soldering. Candidates with no experience may apply.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
• Determine and follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing
• Make setups and adjustments within blueprint tolerances
• Follow process sheets or written and verbal instructions from the supervisor
• Check and inspect work against predetermined tolerances

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education
• Able to work shifts, including a 12-hour day shift with a 4-day-on, 3-day-off rotation
• Transport pickup available from Jurong East and Lakeside MRT stations
• One year of operator experience in an SMT environment is preferred
