Program Manager – Innovation Startups

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of innovation programs for startups within TECHX Ventures' Programs Unit. You will ensure programs meet defined milestones, outcomes and the expectations of Mission Partners while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close assigned innovation programs, translating challenge statements into structured delivery plans.
• Define program scope, milestones, schedules, resource needs and success criteria.
• Coordinate delivery activities with Partner Success, Scouting & Insights, TXV teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project managers handling POCs, pilots and trials, reviewing plans and monitoring progress.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Mission Partners, managing communications, workshops and feedback sessions.
• Track program progress using governance frameworks, preparing status reports, risk logs and delivery summaries.
• Identify and implement improvements to program design, processes and operational workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing innovation programs or similar structured initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with startup validation, technical insights and operational integration.
