Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of IT projects as an integrated program. The role ensures alignment with business strategy, manages cross‑functional coordination, and drives value realization through Agile and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle across multiple projects, from initiation to benefits realization.
• Define program vision, roadmap, success metrics and maintain an integrated, dependency‑driven plan.
• Provide governance, oversight of scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues and budget at the program level.
• Set up delivery standards, manage inter‑dependencies, resource allocation and ensure quality gates, UAT readiness and operational transition.
• Engage senior leadership and global stakeholders, translate technical initiatives into business value and deliver executive reporting.
• Lead enterprise‑wide Agile and DevOps adoption, establishing scalable delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multiple IT projects or programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience driving Agile and DevOps transformations.
• Solid understanding of program governance, risk and financial management.
