About the role

The Programme Coordinator will support the Day Care Centre in delivering engaging, safe, and enriching activities for seniors. Working closely with the Program Executive, you will help ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that seniors receive high‑quality care and support.

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating monthly activities for seniors.
Collect evaluations and feedback on activities to inform improvements.
Respond to seniors' enquiries, providing information and referrals as needed.
Ensure equipment and supplies are sufficient and procure additional materials when required.
Support the Program Executive in budget management and maintain program databases.
Perform general administrative tasks related to the day‑care programme.

Required profile

Minimum Diploma in Social Services.
Experience working with seniors is preferred.
Availability to work a 5‑day week schedule.
