About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee addition and alteration (A&A) projects across Singapore. The role involves ensuring smooth execution, high workmanship standards, and timely hand‑over to clients while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate A&A project works throughout the island.
Manage and supervise project activities, ensuring proper execution and quality workmanship.
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site workers to maintain project timelines.
Plan and discuss implementation details with subcontractors.
Ensure successful project completion and hand‑over to clients.

Required profile

Diploma in Building or Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
Positive attitude, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.

Required skills

Project coordination and supervision.
Management of subcontractors and vendors.
Planning and execution of construction activities.
