Project / Delivery Manager – AI & Data Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to lead AI and data‑driven technology initiatives for Mediacorp. The role covers the full lifecycle from use‑case definition and proof of concept through pilot, production rollout and transition to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, product, data, AI, engineering, architecture and QA teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from initiation and proof of concept to pilot, production deployment, operations hand‑over and closure.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule and key deliverables, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate change requests and assess impacts on scope, timeline, cost and resources.
• Translate AI use cases into deliverable scope with clear hypotheses, evaluation criteria and go/no‑go checkpoints.
• Track data dependencies, quality, access approvals and licensing, escalating risks early.
• Oversee model evaluation, user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, bias and human‑oversight requirements.
• Facilitate governance meetings, sprint reviews, steering committee updates and regular status reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project or Delivery Manager, preferably in AI or data‑driven technology projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and delivery standards.
• Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and report progress.
