Project Engineer (ACMV)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to lead ACMV (air‑conditioning, mechanical ventilation) and M&E construction projects for AVOLT PTE. LTD. based in Singapore. The role involves planning, design coordination, site supervision and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule ACMV/M&E projects, develop detailed project timelines.
• Manage design development to meet client specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors during project meetings.
• Prepare progress claims, material submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, shop drawings and as‑built drawings.
• Forecast potential issues, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Supervise site activities, liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Organise manpower and work arrangements with site personnel.
• Liaise with suppliers for procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in final account settlement, including variation orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or professional qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
