About the role
We are seeking a Project Engineer to support site supervision of structural and architectural works, coordinating with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in supervising structural and architectural works on site.
- Coordinate with consultants, RTO/RE, and other stakeholders for project planning, documentation, and execution.
- Monitor progress, mobilise manpower, plan material ordering and ensure quality control in line with authority requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with contractors and suppliers, attend site meetings, and handle all implementation issues.
- Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports and attend subcontractor meetings.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience on LTA (Land Transport Authority) projects.
- Background in building and architectural projects.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
