Project Executive – Lift Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Executive to lead lift installation and maintenance projects, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery. The role oversees the field team, coordinates with clients, consultants and internal functions, and is accountable for the financial performance of each project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Deliver projects on schedule, control budgets and monitor cost performance against contract scopes.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, safety reports, material purchase lists and ad‑hoc documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, sub‑contractors and authorities.
• Monitor financial results, review progress against plans and take corrective actions to prevent overspending.
• Lead the project team in planning, resource allocation and execution.
• Conduct site surveys, handle drawing approvals, sample reviews and technical clarifications.
• Attend site meetings with customers and vendors and keep stakeholders updated on progress.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Project Management or equivalent.
• WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or lift projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, results‑driven and eager to learn.
