Project Executive – Retail Mall & Commercial Property Projects

About the role

The Tenancy and Project Executive supports planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the company’s retail malls and commercial properties. You will work on tenancy feasibility studies, refurbishment initiatives, and Asset Enhancement Initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review tenants' design submissions and propose practical, innovative, commercially viable solutions that meet design standards.
• Support Asset Enhancement Initiatives, refurbishment, upgrading, reinstatement, and CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor contractors' progress, ensuring design compliance and safety requirements.
• Assist in obtaining quotations, processing payments, evaluating proposals, and preparing purchase requisitions.
• Verify work completion, progress claims, variation orders, and supporting documents before approval.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, reports, drawings, permits, warranties, manuals, and close‑out documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, preparing minutes, progress updates, and reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architectural and Built Environment or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in tenancy design management, retail interior design, or fit‑out coordination.
• Strong understanding of retail design principles, construction processes, and tenancy fit‑out requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, coordination, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
