Project Manager – A&A & New Build (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead A&A and new‑build projects within our construction division. Based in Tai Seng, Singapore, you will coordinate resources, manage timelines and serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem‑solving.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on‑site resources.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
