Construction Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on‑site crews and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage crew performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality‑control checks.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Monitor material usage, inventory, and maintain accurate progress records.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during construction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA or First Aid are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
