Project Manager – AGV/AMR Projects (SEA)

About the role

Libiao Robotics is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead AGV/AMR projects across the Southeast Asia region. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay within scope, and are completed on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, sales, operations, and support.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AGV/AMR, robotics, or logistics automation.
• Experience managing projects in the APAC region is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; additional SEA languages are a plus.
• Proven leadership abilities and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of AGV/AMR systems.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with industrial automation processes.
