Project Manager – Construction Projects (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering building, infrastructure and industrial projects on time, within budget and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets and resource plans to optimise execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain smooth progress.
• Monitor milestones, manage costs, variations and claims, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues promptly and oversee site teams.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports for stakeholder decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing construction projects, including building, infrastructure, LTA or industrial works.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
