Project Manager – Construction Projects (Tuas West)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Tuas West region. The role focuses on delivering large‑scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, execute and close construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to maintain schedule and budget targets.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and develop project teams to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing building construction or pharmaceutical/industrial projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when project timelines demand.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage.
