Contracts Manager

About the role

Expand Construction is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the technical and engineering aspects of its civil and structural projects. The role ensures smooth site operations, strict quality compliance, and timely delivery within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all technical and engineering activities on‑site to ensure smooth execution of civil and structural works.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities and promptly resolve technical or operational issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely project status reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate structural details and design implementation to align with project objectives and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients and project teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Respond effectively to challenges in a fast‑paced construction environment while maintaining timelines and quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Professional recognition by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB) or Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural site engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
