Project Manager – Distributed Generation (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of Distributed Generation projects in Singapore. The role supports the sales team, ensures compliance with TotalEnergies HSE standards, and drives project delivery from site assessment through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate project costs, identify obstacles and develop mitigation plans.
• Conduct site assessments, produce detailed reports and evaluate technical constraints, feasibility and risks.
• Contribute to PV system design in line with local regulations and TotalEnergies technical specifications.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, contractors and internal teams to clarify technical matters.
• Work with engineering resources to optimise commercial offers for performance, cost, robustness and quality.
• Select and onboard EPCs, engineering consultants and other suppliers while adhering to HSE, quality and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure smooth project execution by liaising with regulatory bodies and third‑party stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Distributed Generation and PV system offerings.
• Ability to work with a range of organisations from SMEs to large multinationals.
• Understanding of local and regional competitors and regulatory environment.
• Commitment to high HSE standards and company ethics.
