Architectural Designer

About the role

Our client, a leading firm in the architectural sector, is looking for an Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team in Sin Ming. The role involves delivering high‑quality design solutions from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, research and feasibility assessments to gather essential project data.
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs tailored to project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings, 3D renderings and design presentations.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes and authority regulations, and manage the submission and approval process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate design and constructability.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings to present proposals and incorporate feedback.
• Monitor construction progress to verify alignment with design intent and resolve on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, building codes and submission processes.
