Project Manager

About the role

AEG Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead power systems projects for industrial and renewable applications. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects meet defined performance criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and documentation.
• Coordinate contract review, resolve discrepancies, and serve as single point of contact during execution.
• Manage procurement, installation, commissioning, FAT, shipping, and invoicing.
• Track project progress, report results, and initiate corrective actions to protect margin.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while exploiting opportunities.
• Organise project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure customer approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in international sales and project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial and contract law.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP systems).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology.
