About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead main construction projects across Singapore. The role involves full‑cycle project ownership, from planning through delivery, while ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage all project phases, ensuring time, budget and quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with quantity surveyors, site engineers and supervisors to allocate resources efficiently.
- Lead stakeholder discussions to define project specifications and deliverables.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Secure permits and licences from authorities such as MOM, NEA and HDB, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Determine manpower, equipment and material requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- PMP certification.
