Project Manager – Market Ready Solutions (APAC)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to create and maintain a fit‑for‑purpose network of contract manufacturers and tollers for Market Ready Solutions (MRS) across APAC. You will ensure external partners meet safety and quality standards while driving projects from ideation to commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MRS project management, defining scope, integrated planning, milestone tracking and on‑time delivery.
• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Implement and embed Stage‑Gate innovation governance across projects.
• Drive demand‑supply discussions in S&OP and ensure production, scheduling and material management for contract‑manufactured products.
• Resolve operational concerns with CMOs/tollers to improve service performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality and supply‑chain teams to build contracts, negotiate costs and uphold service and quality standards.
• Review and report CMO/toller performance against KPIs, taking corrective actions where required.
• Support the launch of new products and processes at contract manufacturers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects with contract manufacturers and tollers in the APAC region.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with procurement, quality, supply‑chain and engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
