Project Manager (Public Projects) – 2‑Year Contract

About the role

You will join a dynamic team responsible for delivering high‑profile public and industrial construction projects. The role involves coordinating with government agencies, land planners, architects and engineers to bring concept designs to reality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive iconic government developments, alterations & additions of industrial estates, and specialised industrial buildings.
• Prepare project briefs and lead tender processes to select consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of appointed consultants and contractors.
• Identify construction‑related issues or contractual disputes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Lead a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure projects are delivered cost‑effectively and on schedule.

Required profile

• Background in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in building development within developer, consultancy or contractor organisations.
• Experience with public‑sector projects is an advantage.
