Project Manager – Robotics & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead robotics and automation initiatives from concept through deployment. The role involves overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead robotics and automation projects from concept to deployment.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Create detailed project plans, risk assessments and progress reports.
• Coordinate engineering, design and software teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate project status to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Support technical decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Deliver projects on time with predictable outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience managing robotics or automation projects (e.g., AMRs, AGVs).
• Strong knowledge of robotics, control systems and software development.
• Successful track record delivering complex technical projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
