Project Manager - Semiconductor / Advanced Manufacturing

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries, is hiring a Project Manager for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects in Singapore. The role covers the delivery of project packages such as cleanrooms, process tool installation areas, utility systems and facility infrastructure, ensuring they meet specifications, quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned semiconductor project packages, including cleanrooms, process tool installation areas, utility systems and facility infrastructure works.
• Review and coordinate RFIs, technical queries, shop drawings and material submittals with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify construction conflicts and verify compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Lead project coordination meetings, progress reviews and look-ahead planning sessions, tracking actions and resolving issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports on progress, milestones, risks, KPIs and mitigation plans.
• Ensure construction complies with regulatory requirements, project specifications, safety standards and semiconductor facility requirements.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch list closure and handover.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of project engineering or construction management experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical or industrial facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleanrooms, process utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, equipment installation and facility infrastructure.
• Construction sequencing, contractor management, commissioning and project controls.
• Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Smartsheet, Primavera P6 or equivalent project management platforms.
