Project Manager – Workplace Design & Build

About the role

We are partnering with a leading workplace design and build firm in Singapore to find an experienced Project Manager. You will oversee office fit‑out projects from concept through construction, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end construction projects, from design development to handover.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to integrate design and construction seamlessly.
• Develop and control project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to align expectations and project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in workplace design, fit‑out or similar construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget and to high‑quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
